The cost is dependent on the program A, B or C in which you wish to participate. The program fee is all inclusive, including the blood test, scale, formulation of the Dietary Progression and a minimum of 4.5 hours of educational consultations. These are needed to educate, review and explain the program materials, the daily formatting of your data, and daily support for the period of six months to one year. There are a variety of program options that help to lower the cost if necessary.
At the time you provide your address, a specimen kit will be sent to you. You have the option of having someone come to your home or office to draw your blood, or your physician may draw the specimen. If the service is used they will drop it at FedEx for you. The fee for their service nationally is between $40.00 and $65.00. You do not have to fast for the test. You can eat until you take the test. I suggest having it drawn later in the day as the lysing agent keeps the white blood cells alive for 17 to 24 hours after it is drawn. The kit comes with a prepaid airbill for its return to the laboratory. Please drop the diagnostic envelope containing specimens at a FedEx station before 6:30 p.m. pacific time, 7:30 eastern time, to ensure its correct arrival the next morning at the laboratory. The blood does not have to be frozen or centrifuged, just drawn into the given tubes.
If a client has his/her blood drawn on a Thursday, the test will be performed Friday, the results printed on Monday, and I will receive the data on the same day. I ask that you decide which program you will participate in within this time period so you can send a check or a CareCredit account can be authorized. A fax is acceptable for CareCredit but requires two forms of identification. The identification should be a driver's license and any other secondary signature verification. When payment is received you will be informed of the day the program will be shipped. Shipping is included in the program cost and is shipped FedEx ground. The total weight of the program is approximately 9 pounds. If you provide a credit card number we will ship by FedEx using any of their express package services or another shipping service of your choice. The turnaround time from blood draw to receipt of your program and the scheduling of your initial consultation is approximately two weeks.
The educational consultations contents are outlined in a 'Coaching Schedule' you will receive with your program. Each consultation will allow you time to experience the program and apply what you learn before the next consultation. The consultations work best when they are every other week, or even seven to ten days as you progress through the program.
The success of the teleconference is confirmed by the increased scheduling of this form of education and review. Participants have found it to be beneficial for a number of reasons that include hearing the answers to questions asked by others they feel they might not have thought of asking until after the consultation conference. Also similar circumstances are shared among their lives. It's great!
